Our embroidery services
Pieces of fabric are cut and stitched onto the garment, then finished with embroidery. This creates bold, varsity-style lettering and large designs with a premium feel.
Direct embroidery
It's our most popular decoration technique. Your design is stitched directly into the garment for a clean, classic look. Best for polos, jackets, hats and uniforms where you want subtle, professional branding.
Tackle twill / appliqué
3D puff embroidery
Foam is added under the stitching to create a raised, 3D effect. Great for hats and statement logos that need extra depth and presence.
Embroidery is the process of stitching simple or intricate designs directly into fabric with thread. It gives a clean, long-lasting, professional look that holds up to everyday wear and washing. We work with polyester and rayon threads, as well as high-visibility (reflective), metallic and fire-retardant thread to meet your needs. It’s ideal for uniforms, hats, jackets, bags and any piece you want to feel premium and durable.

What is heat transfer printing?
Heat transfer printing uses heat and pressure to bond your design onto the surface of the fabric. It’s ideal for bold colour, fine detail and short runs, and works well on a wide range of garments and promo items.

Full-colour
Our most versatile and popular heat transfer. Best for artwork with gradients or small details that need bright and vibrant colours. Great for T‑shirts, hoodies and promo pieces that need high-impact graphics.
Low melt
Ideal for technical fabrics, water-resistant fabrics or premium garments that require a lower temperature setting on the heat press, without the risk of scorch marks .
Specialty & reflective transfers
Metallic, neon or reflective finishes that make logos stand out. Perfect for safety wear, outerwear and designs that need extra shine or visibility.
What are crests & patches?
Crests and patches are separate branded pieces that are made and then applied to garments, hats, bags and more. They’re durable, flexible and easy to apply to items that are hard to decorate directly. There are various ways of affixing them to products such as with a pin, sewn on, iron-on and hook and loop backing.
